SUMMER OF A BUDDHIST

"What did you do over summer break?" Made in less than one class period (4~5 hours). Oh, but I'm kind of casual when it comes to religion though.

ANIMAL BONES

Really informal cataloging of my animal drawing sketches from a museum. Bonessss.

THE DARK PLANNING

Planning of my storyboard and concept project. Outfit, personality, age... Then on the bottom are teeny keyframes for layout planning.

TEA PARTY

Finally lit the Tea Party--my first Maya creation... Although I cheated and used something that lit the scene for me (but it's outdoor lighting, so it looks kind of off).

THE DARK IS RISING

Created an editorial storyboard and character concept for Susan Cooper's Over Sea, Under Stone. I learned pencil is difficult to photograph because of its metallic sheen.
