How do you take good photos of small sketches? You don’t. I’ll try to plan accordingly next time, but it probably won’t work.

POKEMON B&W

This past weekend, I’ve been spamming Pokemon (white). Of course, one of the first things I did was make an awesome trainer card signature.

I’m already (struggling) at Victory Road.

MARCH SKETCHES

Fast sketches. I got sidetracked by collecting all the cool Photoshop brushes in one set, renaming them to know which is which, and modifying them. Textured brushes~ I can’t wait to test them with color… sooner or later.

POP TART ANIMATIC

Since I am at a loss as how to upload a .swf file onto Blogger, here is a link to it. It is an animatic for a fake commercial assignment.

DESERT DRAGON

Ears of a desert fox (reptiles should never have ears like that), body inspired by a horned lizard, eyelashes of a camel (yeah, bad idea), and a random rudder tail (you have balance and slapping capabilities!). 

Also tried to go from grey-scale to color. It didn’t work out as planned. Yes, I have learned from my mistakes.

DISCONNECTED

Right now this is giving me a lot of grief and it is still unfinished. It is difficult to understand without knowing my story, but even I cannot explain it clearly. The picture does not show it well, but the white part is made up of rows of candles. The most important thing to note is that wax does not accept glue well.
