Sketches I forgot to take photos of... I should really scan sketches and not photograph them. First is back studies and second is sketches without reference.

This is a self portrait piece. I have a low tolerance to coldness and at times bad self esteem.

CURRENTS

This is an adaption of Hannah Bottomy's short story, "Currents." Bottomy's story is written in reverse chronology with "before that" starting each paragraph. I played with the chronology of my comic to see if it can reproduce the emotions Bottomy's story conjures. The first version is what I prefer and the second stays true to "Currents" writing style.

I wish what you see on the monitor will always be what you get from a printer. We need more constants in our lives. This is a concept piece and three storyboards. The light source was a very important element in all of them.
